Warranty Information – Whisper Organics Mattress
- Includes a 20-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturing defects under normal residential use
- Warranty coverage begins after the sleep trial period ends
- Covers visible sagging or indentations of 1.5 inches or greater that are not caused by improper support or misuse
- Covers qualifying coil defects that create uneven sleep surfaces or exposed coils
- Covers fabric or stitching defects resulting from manufacturing issues
- Size discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for coverage
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Proper mattress support and foundation are required to maintain warranty eligibility
- Excludes damage caused by misuse, stains, burns, abuse, or improper handling
- Normal softening and changes in comfort preference are not covered under warranty
- Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and photos/documentation for claims
- Refunds or warranty resolutions are provided if a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed
